What is the biggest piece of glass you can sell and install?
Generally, the largest glass pieces we stock are 6′ x 8′. If you are thinking about a project where large pieces are needed, let us know, we can probably offer you creative, great-looking solutions that won’t require such large sheets.
Can a homeowner hire you direct or I need to go through a bath remodeler, architect or other in-trade professional?
byRoman does work directly with homeowners and we work directly for trade professionals too. We’ve enjoyed long standing relationships with kitchen and bath remodelers, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, tile stores, homebuilders, commercial builders and others.
Do you offer different types of glass other than clear?
Yes we do. Our finishes & glass choices page (at the bottom) shows a sample of popular glass styles. If you don’t see the glass style you have in mind, let us know, byRoman can obtain and custom cut any glass finish you like.
What if you install a piece of glass that is cracked or damaged in some way?
byRoman measures, fabricates, cuts and installs our own glass, which gives us complete quality control over our projects. In the unlikely event that a defect has passed our fabrication facility and installer undetected, be sure to let our installer know and we will install a pristine piece right away.
Can you etch glass?
Yes. byRoman can have glass custom etched for you using artwork you supply. Artwork needs to be supplied using certain specifications in order to create the desired results. Ask us about our custom etching service.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. byRoman accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Other methods of acceptable payment are cash, check and debit card.
What are your payment terms?
Upon placement of an order, we receive a 50% deposit (of the accepted and signed project estimate), with the remaining balance due upon installation.
What counties do you install and service in PA?
byRoman services a geographic region that loosely mimics the Tri-State, Delaware Valley area, including the Southeastern Pennsylvania counties of: Berks, Bucks, Delaware, Chester, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton and Philadelphia.
What counties do you install and service in NJ? And do you install down the Jersey shore?
We have helped many homeowners and builders complete their shore home baths in Atlantic, Cape May, Ocean and Monmouth counties. byRoman also serves other South Jersey counties including: Burlington, Camden and Gloucester. We also cover all of Central Jersey including Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Somerset counties, and heading “up” into North Jersey we install in Union, Warren and parts of Morris county.
What counties do you install and service in DE?
In Delaware we service the Northern county of New Castle and some portions of Kent County.
